During the month of August we are offering our high-end Elite Athlete Musculoskeletal Screening for both junior and adult athletes.
The screening takes 60 minutes and our Sports Physiotherapist will run through a battery of special tests and ask a number of questions and give you important information with regards to:
1. Your general health
2. Your overall general strength and core strength
3. Your potential risk for injury
4. A summary of special tests from the key moving joints of you body
5. Recommendations on what to do to reduce injury risk and exercises to assist
Who would benefit from an ELITE SPORTS SCREENING?
• Recreational Athletes who want quality information about their physical health & functional condition
• Athletes who want to understand any risk factors for injury and get a program to assist them.
• Athletes who have had a history of injuries or currently injured and want to have a formal screening with a sports physiotherapist and
• Athletes currently feeling flat and fatigued or sore when playing sports
• Sports Clubs may have some athletes they want to have checked.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Normally $220 the sports screening for August is $160. If you have private health cover with physio extras you may qualify for a private health rebate.
WHERE IS THE SCREENING DONE?
You can attend one of our clinics at Blackburn, Ringwood and Rowville.
WHAT WILL I GET AT THE END OF THE SCREENING:
You will get feedback from the physiotherapist, some advice and recommendations and a digital report emailed to you with your results.
