At Bounce, we pride ourselves on being up to date with the latest physiotherapy research and treatment techniques. This allows us to assist our patients to return to their usual work and sporting activities at their optimal level as soon as possible.

Treatment may consist of a range of techniques such as:
- hands on joint mobilisation or manipulation techniques
- Soft tissue massage
- Taping of joints or muscles
- Stretching and/or strengthening exercises
- Clinical Pilates and spinal control (core stability) exercises
- Making thermoplastic splints for hand fractures/sprains
We also provide a
musculoskeletal screening service for sporting clubs and individuals. This involves a thorough assessment of the way an individuals body is functioning, with particular emphasis on the requirements of their sport. This allows us to identify:
- Factors that are causing current injuries or niggles
- Factors that may predispose an individual to the development of particular preventable injuries
- Factors which may be restricting and limiting performance
