Helen is an experienced Dietitian (APD) consulting out of Bounce Blackburn. She works with people with general heath and dietary issues, patients with chronic fatigue and athletes from amateur through to elite athletes. Helen holds an SDA Accredited Sports Dietitian title and also works at Sports Dietitian Australia coordinating professional development courses for the public and Dietitians.
